1.8 million meals served every day by McDonald’s France, there are the tens of thousands of employees who work in the 1,485 restaurants, but also the 510 employees at the head office.
Lonsdale is a branding and design agency in France who asked me to help them to redesign for their client Mc Donald the recruitment website for Mc Donald's France headquarters. With the newest European branding style guide I was really please to play with the new items (patterns, colors and illustrations) to create a playful and dynamic environment to give a twist to the classical approach of the recruitment websites. We imagine a mobile first website mixing the recruitments announces with some interesting data of the actual office, helping the user to project himself in his future environment. Putting the user in the center of the experience, we designed a colorful and modern journey with a touch of gamification in the process.
